Ciber is searching for a solid Digital Analytics Lead to join an awesome work-hard play-hard team in an even more awesome pharmaceutical company in Gaithersburg, MD (DC area)! The Digital Analytics Lead will work on digital measurement strategy with digital data, multiple types of analytics, and data visualization. This role requires experience with paid media advertising and knowing what data is needed for media buys, media spends, ads, etc. A background in pharma andor any regulated industry is highly preferred. What will this person's day look like? The Digital Analytics Lead serves as an expert in designing, implementing, and reporting analytics and measurement plans that evaluate DM activities for strategic multi-channelomnichannel programs. Measuring digital programs across multiple channels working with teams across the organization to define analytics approaches to provide key results defined measurement plans called Objectives Key Results (OKR). Will work as part of extended agile marketing teams to assist in the development of DM programs by reviewing digital metrics as leading indicators and providing insight into opportunities to implement changes. Partners with Insights and Analytics group (IA) developing advanced analytics plans and AB testing scenarios. Will also use market data to identify key segment drivers and interface with reporting infrastructure including onshore and offshore data scientists to ensure delivery and integrity of the reporting. Will provide guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders on digital media analytics, transforming business goals into measurable KPIs, supporting the development of statistical analysis on digital marketing activities, and supporting ad hoc requests. Analytic engagements can include (but are not limited to) campaign measurement, digital customer segmentation, customer journey analytics, and digital activity analytics (website, mobile, app, and social media). Developdesign Objectives Key Results (OKR) for the customer-centric program and omnichannel initiatives Define plans to measure and optimize the business impact of digital engagements and customer experiences through analysis of available data and using advanced analytics Lead design, execution, and delivery of insights for project teams to incorporate into their design and optimize digital programs Identify innovative analytics techniques, tools, and processes, for enterprise and global-level initiatives Lead rapid prototyping of new analytics capabilities focused on assessing use case viability and gauging potential business impact Establish, document, and scale digital and customer analytics capabilities and to help guide commercial execution strategy Develop and communicate actionable recommendations for decision-makers Keep up to date with the latest approaches and advances in data science and evaluate external data assets as required Required Skills Experience We are looking for an analytical thinker who can define problems, extract key information from data and develop, test, and verify solutions. MUST have a passion for problem-solving, be delivery focused, eager to learn and apply new skills, technically savvy, and an exceptional communicator. 5+ yrs. digital measurement digital analytics including web Pulling data needed to make decisions for media buys, media spends, advertising decisions, etc. Knowing how data is used to make media buy decisions Data visualization using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar Using software like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar Manipulating visualizing large, complex data sets to communicate insights and opportunities Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and advertising Customer journey analytics, touchpointpathway analysis, conversion analysis, customer segmentation, omnichannel, multichannel Fantastic communication and facilitation skills with a strong ability to influence others Cross-functional environments, the ability to explain complex methods and techniques to a non-technical audience Working closely with stakeholders, leadership, and key decision makers Must be okay with 10 travel At Ciber Global our consultants have access to a comprehensive benefits package.
