JOB SUMMARY

Support our Sales Team with field measurement, basic cabinetry design and material planning for multi-family remodeling projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Field services in the DMV area:
• Measure kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring
• Estimate quantities of lights, faucets, door hardware, etc.
• Sketch/design replacement kitchen and bath cabinetry
• Become a subject matter expert on cabinetry and other products
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and Magnolia team members
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
• Work with warehouse to handle customer concerns
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to retain and grow accounts
• Actively update the Company’s CRM system with the status of projects
• Assist in the development of company inventory requirements
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule
• All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & SKILLS 

Required

• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training in a fast-paced customer service role, or order management role in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in kitchen layout and design
• 2020 Kitchen Design experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience with kitchen, bath and flooring products
