Floyd Green CPA PC is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone with capacity to learn fast, work hard, and who brings a positive attitude.
Individual must be capable of working independently, as well as in a team environment. Some initial responsibilities will including speaking with potential clients; meeting with clients in the office; conference calls with clients; documenting client meetings; preparing tax documents; setting up new businesses; preparing other client reports; and keeping databases updated. General computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word are a must.
This position is for an individual who is seeking a long term career opportunity. Position is an entry level one where the individual is expected to learn, grow and advance at a fast pace. Business or Administrative experience is a plus, but not required. An Accounting, Business or Communication degree is a plus, but not required.
Pay is $14.50 - $15.50/ hour, depending upon experience. Individual will be eligible for semi-annual performance bonuses.
Floyd Green CPA PC provides business formation, tax and other financial services to small businesses, nonprofits and individuals throughout the US. We serve clients in all 50 states. We have been in business for 12 years and are experiencing a high rate of growth, with even more growth potential. We are located in the Chamblee Area of Northeast Atlanta near Mercer University.
