Looking for a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills. Must be dedicated, reliable and proficient on the computer. You will be the first impression of our company, whether answering the phone, or greeting an incoming customer, so ongoing friendly personality is required.
- Support management / team in office administration tasks, such as project management, scheduling, minimal HR, creating reports/portfolios, filing paper work, etc.
- Computer skills to include MS Office, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Quick books
- Basic knowledge of social Media
· Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) a Must (and Spanish is a bonus)
- Must demonstrate the ability to flourish under pressure, complete tasks with minimal guidance, adapt to changes in environment, have strong time management skills and maintain a happy attitude
- Maintain a professional appearance / Attitude
- Driver's license / ability to travel locally is also required.
- Compensation is based on experience
