Oversee Accounts Receivable and Revenue activity, staff, and systems
Record Loan invoices monthly
Reconcile Accounts Receivable and Loan related ledger accounts
Ensure Origination and Secondary Revenue is recorded accurately and completely
Respond to inquiries related to Accounts Receivable and Revenue
Recommend process improvements and other ways to reduce costs
Release outgoing electronic funds transfer requests, after proper review
Participate in financial and other audits
Monitor compliance of accounting policies and internal controls
Completing month-end closing reviews, procedures and corrections as needed
Other duties as assigned
Accounting, Reconciliation, General ledger, Month end, Financial statement, Accounts receivable, Balance sheet, Accrual, Pivot table, Journal entry, Reporting, Bank reconciliation, Mortgage
-Intermediate Excel Skills (Must be able to do Pivot Tables, Lookups, and IF statements)
-Proficient in Journal Entries and Reconciliations
-3+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable or Revenue
Degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in AR or Accounting field
Proficient in Excel (Must score better than 82% on Excel test)
Experience in the Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services field
Must be able to work on site
