Jr. or Mid Level JAVA DEVELOPER Permanent Position Project DOJ ndash AFMS Program Work Location 145 N Street NE, Washington, DC (Red Line ndash NY Ave) Security Clearance Will accept a candidate who is ldquoclearablerdquo -Must pass a DOJ Minimal Background Investigation Citizenship (DOJ customer requirement) Start Date ASAP based on background check ndash can be shorter if candidate has valid EQIP JPAS We are seeking a Jr. or Mid Level JAVA Application Developer for a multi-year project in Washington DC (near Metro). To qualify, the candidate should possess knowledge of the following - Development of web applications - 2-7 years of experience desired - Java, including Servlet, JavaBeans Java Server Pages (JSP) programming. Also any experience with Spring, Hibernate, or Wicket is considered a plus - Relational databases, preferably DB2UDB and SQL coding skills - JDBC, J2EE - Object-oriented design methodologies - Windows NT2000XP experience, LinuxUNIX considered a plus - Experience with Rational ClearCaseClearQuest is also a plus - Frontend development experience, and in particular, any experience with Single Page Application frameworks such as Angular or React. Additional Requirements - Work to start as soon as possible, no out of country applicants please. - BS degree or higher - Needs to pass a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI-5) - Work to be performed at 145 N Street, NE, Washington, DC 3 Weeks PTO, parking, metro, Health, Retirement plan, etc.
