Packout Lead

Alum-a-lift Inc, is a build to order manufacturer of lifts for every manufacturing need.

We are looking for a Team Lead in our Packout Department.

Team lead is responsible for the design and build of pallets and crates to ensure completed lift is labeled and packed out properly for transit.

Other duties include:

· Train new workers in proper pack out procedures

· Provide dimensions and weights to office for truck procurement

· Ensure lifts are complete and cleaned before pack out

· Ordering of lumber and fasteners

· Inspect and check in lumber to ensure IPPC wood packaging compliance

· Other duties as requested

Prior experience in carpentry a plus. Hours Mon-Fri 7:30-5 pm. Some overtime required
