Integrated Healthcare Staffing is a national healthcare-staffing agency dedicated to providing healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing facilities for temporary and contract/travel assignments. Founded in 1998, we have quickly expanded to include offices in five states. We have developed relationships with hundreds of clients across the US and have earned a reputation within the healthcare industry for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and clients.

Our rapid growth has led to an expansion of our organization. We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities:

· Sourcing of healthcare professionals for local & contract assignment

· Maintaining pipelines of passive & active candidates – recruiting list

· Customer relationship development and management

· Qualifying candidates based on client requirements for specific Staffing orders

· Personnel management and schedule organization for external employees

· Match clinical skill sets with the needs of clients

· Cold calling/Recruiting candidates

· Customer relationship development and management

· Document all correspondence with clients and candidates

· Manage daily client orders with fellow team members

· Demonstrate problem solving and closing abilities

· Clearly articulate correspondence between all staffing offices

· Maintain company core values

Requirements:

· Minimum of one-year sales and/or recruiting experience

· Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred

· Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred – Staffing Agency

· Experience in relationship management and business development

· Self-directed and detail-oriented

· Excellent communication skills
