    WANTED a mission driven professional with a Top Secret Clearance and experience leading large Information Technology Operations Maintenance (IT OM) programs for the federal government to become our next Senior Information Technology Program Manager in Sterling, VA. Experience leading agile, responsive teams using principles from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) andor DevSecOps is preferred. Be part of an empowered culture where you are a key contributor to the success of the company Lead a team of highly skilled, driven, and supportive professionals Continue growing your skills and knowledge A week in the life of a Senior Information Technology Program Manager You will lead and manage all aspects of a large scale (100M+) IT Operations and Maintenance (OM) contract, including Enterprise IT Operations, Engineering and Test Support, Field Support, Cybersecurity and other functional areas. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a diverse team providing responsive, timely, and high-quality customer support formulating and enforcing work standards and compliance with customer and corporate policies assigning and managing contractor schedules and resources ensuring the completeness, quality and timeliness of all deliverables and services and communicating effectively with the customer, contractor team and corporate leadership. Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification preferred Minimum of 10 years of directly related management experience in IT Experience managing service level agreements (SLAs) for a contract of similar size and scope Experience managing the migration of systems to a cloud environment preferred Earned value management (EVM) experience preferred High level of integrity and accountability Must be willing to disclose anyall past illegal drug use and certify no use of marijuana within the last 3 years nor illegal drugs other than marijuana in the last 10 years Skills and abilities Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with a high energy level and willingness to aggressively take on responsibility. Demonstrated ability to approach job responsibilities with a focus on process improvement. IT OM knowledge and experience. Able to work and effectively communicate with all levels of management Strong verbal and writing skills. Unconditional integrity and commitment to achieving goals.
