    OVERVIEW RV Resort Office Assistants handle the routine office work and additional responsibilities of the resort. They are also responsible for assisting with planning and coordinating resort events and activities.


    Establish rapport with customers and guests and prospective customers, field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints, and forward to the appropriate manager Assist with booking reservations Assist with the coordination of recreational activities Assisting with the sales and rentals of park models, and homebuyers Answering phones, typing letters and emails to residents, copying, faxing, and filing daily documents Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files Collect and post resident payments, processing fees, inspection or other fees; record in the proper accounts and issue receipts Make collection calls for rental payments

    Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and implementation of resident relation activities Welcomes visitors by greeting them as they arrive in the office Check-in arriving reservations and making sure all necessary paperwork is signed and completed Protects visitors' rights by maintaining confidentiality of financial information Follows assigned work detail by efficiently prioritizing work load. Large volume of Daily data entry. Can handle large volume of phone calls. Keeps desk and office area clean at all times Effectively communicates with office personnel and co-works in resolving issues, both orally and written.

    Requirements: REQUIREMENTS


    High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years administrative experience preferred Strong customer service skills Excellent telephone skills Good problem solving skills Professional/casual appearance Computer proficiency, including the internet and Google A current, valid driver's license from the State where the resort is located is required before driving a company-owned vehicle or before driving his/her own vehicle on company business.     Hourly Rate: $16.50 per hour

    Office Hours:

    8 am to 12 pm Lunch 12 pm - 1 pm 1 pm to 4 pm Monday-Friday
