Integrated Missions Operation (IMO) within the Civil Group at Leidos is seeking a Business Development/Capture Manager.
The Business Development Manager is a key member of the senior leadership team for IMO. Position is based in the U.S. preferably in the East, Southeast or Midwest and will require business travel as needed for a geographically dispersed organization. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the growth of Leidos environmental business currently ranked in the Top 10 Federal Environmental Companies by the Engineering News Record.
This position reports to the IMO Business Development Director and is accountable for the execution and growth of current key/strategic United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Air Force Civil Engineering Command (AFCEC), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and a host of other DOD and Civil Agencies responsible for the Environmental mission
The Business Development Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in delivery of full life cycle business development activities, including management of bid and proposal (B&P) resources, target identification, capture strategies, proposal management, account management, packaged service offerings contract award and customer relations specifically for the Environmental business line.
