The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Serving federal agencies and the Intelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helps our clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors, leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.

 

Perspecta is the prime System Engineering and Integration contractor for a National Communications Program and provides full lifecycle, end-to-end Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) services to a National Customer. The National Communications Program's mission focus is to provide worldwide space and ground communications services utilizing state-of-the-art communications technologies.  Perspecta leads a geographically dispersed team to support the design, development, acquisition and evolution of this complex multi-segmented communications system.  The INTREPID program provides transport system engineering expertise to the customer to develop new capabilities that meet user needs.  The external facing activities are in a Services paradigm, while internally they are determining the acquisitions required to ensure the services are available as promised to the user community.

 

Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator shall support the Sponsor in administering elements of multi-faceted program support to a directorate. This includes providing strategic planning, business planning,  and other types of Systems Integration Support in the Front office, across all mission areas.

 

  • Develop mission focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and high level dependencies.
  • Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer
  • Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe the highly complex program and its future plans.
  • Develop mechanisms to share technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders.
  • Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans.
  • Design, develop and deliver executive level communications and briefings on the organization transformation and business process changes for time sensitive high visibility audiences.
  • Execute strategic plans and complete action items to support Sponsor
  • Develop regular status reporting for leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners.
  • Assisting Sponsor in assessing, documenting and tracking program requirements and follow-on exchange meetings.
  • Work independently and among team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.

Qualifications

  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly Security Clearance.
  • Working knowledge of Sponsor's mission and other stakeholder's missions.
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic planning and organizational transformation.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering executive level communications on organization transformation and business process changes. Ability to prepare presentations and to present information to senior managers.
  • Process oriented, conceptually driven, and possess the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively in a highly technical setting.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience coordinating and working action items to completion.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work independently; self-started.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills to include giving briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to support the customer's needs, multi-task, work autonomously, take the initiative to provide creative alternatives to intractable challenges or systemic problems.
Salary Minimum: $91,998.40 Salary Maximum:$196,664.00 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Perspecta's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Perspecta provides a variety of benefits to employees.
