The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, stocking and maintaining all Food and Beverage department work areas. Responsible for completing all closing duties as well as inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all kitchenware prior to use. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Prepare and cook food - Be aware of guest food allergies, dietary needs and special requests - Prepare and replenish food displays - Order, receive and stock food and beverage items
