Chick-fil-A Lynchburg (Wards Road/River Ridge Mall) Directors have the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. Directors typically oversee one or more specific areas of the business and specialize in the team members and all operations associated with their area. Additional Information regarding the Facilities/Maintenance Director Position: Training - Henny Penny School- Last week of March - Business take care of transportation, lodging, some meals provided - Repair/Maintenance schedule & calendar from home office - Pathway (as it pertains to maintenance) - Chick-fil-A will provide tools and mileage Tasks - Maintain/Clean/Repair any and all equipment or facilities in house for all 3 locations - Create PM calendar for all equipment - Pressure wash as needed - Lead/supervise overnight cleaning or repairs - Lead cleaning groups - Facilities calls and follow up - Control warehouse ordering & budget - Lot and leaf blowing cleanliness - Roof/HVAC maintenance - Complete task list from each Director of Operations - CLC calls, landscaping, Christmas lights etc - Response to all fix me channels slack, and email communication - Use CFA Facilities guide - Control R/M budget Success - All equipment is in good working condition and never having any lapse in guest services - Completion of Henny Penny program - All 3 locations have PM programs and are in good working order - Temperatures are maintained on every piece of equipment
