As a Glory Days Grill cleaning specialist, your primary responsibility is to support all team members in providing guests with a stellar, clean and SAFE dining experience. While doing so, it is imperative for you to be aware of your actions and attitude at all times and of course, please be friendly and helpful. Your duties as a Cleaning Specialist include: Being WELCOMING and HOSPITABLE to ALL GUESTS. Being a TEAM PLAYER! Cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas of the restaurant and contact points touched frequently by guests and team members (i.e. door handles) Making eye contact and welcoming guests with a warm sincere smile. Identifying and informing managers of guest concerns. Doing what you can to help ensure an efficient, smooth flowing restaurant. Performing restroom checks every 30 minutes to maintain cleanliness and sanitation. Keeping all unit personnel information confidential, such as names, phone numbers, address and work schedules. Completing assigned side work. Performing other tasks as assigned by your manager. Avoiding breakage, waste, and help in controlling costs. Assisting co-workers in performing their job functions, when necessary.
