As a Center Director for Education One, you will have broad responsibilities including:

• Maximize student enrollments through effective handling of customer inquiries
• Learn and practice our sales techniques and procedures
• Hire, train and supervise an exceptional team of tutors
• Manage business performance, including sales revenue, operational expenses, and store cleanliness on a daily basis

The qualifications we're looking for in your resume:

• A Bachelors degree
• Experience in sales, or education management preferred but not required.
• An ability to build relationships and influence people
• Effective problem solving skills
• The personal drive necessary to manage and build a successful business team
• Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• English fluency, both verbal and written is required
• Fluency in Mandarin or Korean preferred
