Description:

Speech Language Pathologist Home Health PRN opportunity to join our team partnered with Frederick Health in Frederick, MD. Benefits of the position are a competitive pay per visit rate in addition to mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefit package.

Schedule is Monday - Friday (no weekends), with 4-6 visits / week.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence
• One (1) year minimum Voice, Dysphagia, Swallowing and Cognitive experience
• One -two (1-2) years Home Health clinical experience preferred but would consider candidates with experience in the inpatient or skilled settings as well
• Experience with documentation utilizing EMR

• Deliver quality speech therapy services according to treatment plans for patients
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives
• Provide accurate and timely documentation utilizing EMR platform
• Conducting patient and family education
• Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
