    JOB SUMMARY: JOB SUMMARY:

    The Human Resources Manager is the right hand person to the the management team. S/he provides leadership in building a strong employee culture and morale built on eJam's core values. This individual uses creativity and resourcefulness to complement their strong, working knowledge in the area of benefits and compensation, employee relations, coaching, recruiting, policy development and interpretation, general HR administration in order to accomplish the multiple demands of a growing organization.

    Recruitment & Onboarding Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Supervises the Talent Acquisition Specialist
    • Manages recruiting efforts of non-exempt positions, temporary needs and exempt

    • Recruits, interviews, and selects employees with Hiring Managers to fill vacant positions
    • Prepares offer letters and New Hire Information
    • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals

      HR Analysis and Information Management HR Analysis and Information Management

      • Manages and maintains the HR system; accurately enters new hire critical information, i.e., salary, title, location, reporting manager, changes to benefits, salary, etc.
      • Maintains integrity of record keeping for all employees

      Employee Relations Employee Relations

      • Handles employee relations matters including performance improvement plan development, investigations and exit interviews

      QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field with 5-8 years of progressive experience performing professional level human resources duties.
      • SHRM/HRCI Certification is preferred.

      • Former generalist with solid experience with managing and HR administration
      • Strong experience in recruiting for non-exempt and exempt level, managing simple and complex employee relations issues.
      • Self-starter, highly motivated, and innovative
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing and growing environment
      • Fosters an environment that upholds company core values.
      • Maintains a working knowledge of company products and services
