Plumbing-Electrical  Department Manager 

What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Electrical department manager, you will be responsible for the plumbing and electrical departments of the store. You will be accountable for merchandise availability, department standards, and financial performance of your area. 

You'll have the full support of your fellow department managers, assistant managers, and store manager. 

Responsibilities 
Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering their questions
Orders merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
Tour your department to ensure it meets our customers' expectations
Work hand-in-hand with sales associates to get the job done
Prepare and plan for upcoming events that will impact your department
Ability to communicate, take direction at all levels, and turn it into action
Use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory levels

Other Duties 
May plan department layout or merchandise or advertising display.
Prepares sales and inventory reports.
Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations.

Qualifications 
Experience in a retail environment is a requirement. Preferably in hardware. 
Excellent oral and verbal communication.

Starting pay $15.00 per hour

retail experience required bilingual preferred.
