We have several Final Assembly positions
*Must have strong mechanical aptitude
*Hand and power tool knowledge (drills, ratchets, sockets, impact guns)
*Drill holes in chassis frames and small parts
*Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
*Know the difference between AC and DC wiring
*Identify wire gauge sizes
*Spot/tack weld
Final Assembly Electrician :
--Running dead wires through trucks
--Will not be troubleshooting wires while a contractor but experience using a volt meter is a plus when they go permanent
--Running wires for:
*Strobe lights
*Utility lights
*Truck components
*Dashboards
*Backup lights
*Radios
* Ability to read/interpret a schematic is a big help
Should be able to diagnose AC/DC circuits on diagram
know difference between 12 volt/120 volt system
Should be able to wire circuit breakers, box breakers
Final Assembly split in 4 different divisions
1. General Mechanical Skills ($15)
2. Hydraulic- Boom lifts ($15)
3. Electrical- Hook up back up sensors, head lights, tail lights, etc. ($15.50)
2nd shift Hours:
Monday- Thursday (10 hour shifts)
4:15pm -- 2:30am
Friday OT: 2:30pm -- 10/11pm (based on how much work is needed)
