We have a strong Sales Department, and we are ready to expand our team with a qualified individual.
Job Description
- Provide an excellent sales experience for our customers.
- Manage walk-in, phone, and internet-based leads through our Lead Management System.
- Schedule sales appointments and provide an excellent customer experience throughout these appointments.
- Prep and clean new and used units to be displayed on sales floor.
- Manage sales websites by keeping pictures, descriptions, and pricing up to date.
- Follow our 12-step sales process and complete all sales paperwork.
- Attend tradeshows and represent Empire Motorsports and our products during these shows.
Qualifications
- Must have friendly, helpful, and outgoing personality, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt when necessary.
- Must exhibit an attention to detail.
- Must be proficient with computer technology and software.
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
- Prior sales experience is desired but not necessary.
Work Environment
- We have an indoor showroom, and utilize outdoor space for displaying our inventory.
- We keep a clean and tidy showroom and candidates will have a workspace in this showroom.
- Working hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm M-F, 8:30am - 4:00pm on Saturday with a day off during the week when a Saturday is required.
- Employees are encouraged to take a 1-hour lunch break each day.

- We offer very competitive pay that will include a base rate plus commission based on sales volume.
