Our General Manager will set and achieve a high standard in all areas of restaurant oversight. This includes managing:

The customer experience
You will address the needs of our customers as well as the training and development of our employees. You will interact with corporate, but the primary duty is management of the administration of the store.
You will be responsible for the success of day-to-day operations as growing other leaders and supervisors. You are responsible for interviewing, selecting, and hiring of all candidates.
You will properly train, develop, evaluate and recognize team members. This includes coaching, counseling and making decisions on promotions and terminations of employees and taking the appropriate action.
You will foster an environment of teamwork and create a line of communication to each team member.
Creating the schedule for both BOH and FOH is a vital part of the duties. Ensuring adequate coverage for busy and slow times, along with being financially prudent and ensuring that schedules work for employees as well.
Team members are expected to follow the rules and guidelines presented to them via training. You will at all times be supervising our assistant managers and shift leaders when applicable. We have approximately 25 team members.
