Job Description
Employers Overload has production positions in Hillsboro at a local lean manufacturer. Are you someone who works well in a fast paced environment and has a great attention to detail? We might have just the job for you! We're currently hiring for Production Associates.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm (currently working Monday - Friday until the end of December)
Production Associate Pay Rate: $14.50/hr
Production Job Responsibilities:
- Assembling boxes
- Labeling boxes
- Tagging product
- Starting machines
- Various production duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma and 2+ years of previous manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to operate equipment as instructed
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Must have a high attention to detail and excellent hand/eye coordination
- Reliable transportation is a must (limited bus accessibility)
- Pre-Employment screening required
