Description Job Description Leidos is seeking a Chief Solutions Architect with a TSSCI with Polygraph to work on an intelligence community IT contract in the RestonHerndonChantilly, VA areas. The Chief Solution Architect will support the overall PHX2 PMO, supporting all tasks orders and providing overarching responsibility, technical leadership and oversight to deliver an innovative network solution that addresses the customer's requirements breadth of requirements. As part of the Program Management Office, the Chief Solutions Architect will work closely with PHX2 leaders and Task Order leaders, to lead the Task Order Solution Engineers, ensuring the developed design approaches and solutions follow appropriate Software and System Engineering tools and guidelines for the program. The Chief Solutions Architect will provide comprehensive leadership, solution oversight, analytical, and technical support services required to drive and deliver a broad range of innovative IT solutions and professional services across the customer enterprise. The Chief Solution Architect is a critical role for supporting innovation, continuous process improvement and increased efficiencies for the across all the Task Orders on the program. Primary Responsibilities Provides technical adviceinput that impact strategic client outputs and Leidos business results. Impacts functional strategy by developing and managing new solutions, processes, standards or operational plans Serves as a technical lead for the Solution Architecture team Mentors and coaches other technical architecture staff on the program and across the Task Orders Works in a coordinated effort with other Architects and Solution Engineers across the Task Orders on the PHX2 Program Communicates and interfaces with customer and Leidos Program Management, Technical leads and Subject Matter Experts to provide Program status and to jointly present, lead, and work program issues, and technical solutions. Ensure that assessment of new work products are technical sound, properly sized, and submitted on time to the customer per the required contractual delivery date. Leads the technical aspects of the architecture team by providing oversight to deploy highly innovative productssolutions, achieved through collaboration and dialogue with other experts in program Communicates with senior executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of strategic importance to the organizationproject. Ensures trust in the program management and customer to negotiate, compromise, and convince internal and external parties to accept concepts, practices and approaches within the technical area Manages the Architecture team across Task Orders. Responsible for creating workforce and staffing plans for the Architecture and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure efficient use of resources.
