Job Description

Analyst

 

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (Kelly OCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Analyst for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in West Chester, PA.

This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You will also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time. All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews.

 

As an Analyst placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

  • Provide monthly accounting/reporting
  • Oversee monthly financial statements by making all journal entries to P&L and balance sheet
  • Hand off monthly results to affiliated company for reporting - for BRAVO reporting
  • Work with team to oversee transition according to new parent company procedures
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Provide AP/AR functions until fully integrated into newly acquired company systems
  • Provide monthly accounts receivable tracking, collections, reporting
  • Provide monthly accounts payable and PO management
  • Deliver payroll and payroll taxes temporarily (integration to new parent company July 16th)
  • Work with team to provide sales recognition
  • Book and report monthly sales
  • Provide weekly sales data
  • Calculate sales rep compensation
  • Provide contract administration
  • Provide pricing and ASP support for customer contracts
  • Approve customer contract terms
  • Provide miscellaneous integration support
  • Provide financials for other tax requirements

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • At least 2 years of prior bookkeeping experience to include AP, AR, general ledger, financial reporting, and month end close
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business  
  • CPA is a plus, but not required
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
  • Familiar with SFAS Rules
