    Enviro-Master’s dedicated Business Development Representative / Inside professionals are committed to making a difference in the health of our community, one restroom at a time. We are currently seeking motivated, ambitious people to join our business development / inside sales team. As a member of the Business Development / Inside Sales Representative team, the Business Development Representative / Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new leads through a combination of outbound and inbound lead-generating activities. The BDR will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads and setting appointments for our National Account Managers and Franchise Owners. The ideal candidate for this role should be eager to learn and advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to succeed every day.

    Duties and Responsibilities Business Development Representative / Inside Sales Representative:

    • Utilize predictive dialer and internet resources to generate new leads for our route-based territories
    • Partner with National Account Managers and Franchise Owners to identify appropriate business contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline
    • Foster new business growth through a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers
    • Create a great first impression to prospects via phone while building value in our brand
    • Create awareness, generate interest, and schedule appointments for account managers, sales representatives, and franchise owners
    • Establish and maintain long-term relationships to maximize future revenue opportunities
    • Research and build new and existing accounts
    • Respond to customer inquiries and requests
    • Manage leads within CRM throughout the sales cycle with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
    • Set appropriate expectations to prospects via the phone utilizing the correct call flow and resources

    Required Experience Business Development Representative / Inside Sales Representative:

    • 1-3 Years of Outbound Business Development (B2B strongly preferred)
    • Associates Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Typing of 50+ words per minute
    • Previous CRM experience (ZOHO CRM preferred)
    • Works well in a professional team environment

    Desired Attributes of Business Development Representative / Inside Sales Representative:

    • Motivated Self-Starter
    • Strong communication skills including email and phone etiquette
    • Knowledge and experience working with CRM tools
    • Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
    • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
    • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Demonstrate a high degree of intellectual curiosity

    Money & Perks for Business Development Representative / Inside Sales Representative:

    Enviro-Master offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions that are paid biweekly. Additional benefits include (but are not limited to):
