Job Summary The Program Manager will primarily be responsible for the program management of the Digital Transformation (DxN) Program. This role will be responsible for the establishment of the Unified Digital Strategy and Digital Workforce Structure and Strategy approach that will need to be formed and executed as these will guide all DxN program team activities. Serving as a single point of contact, facilitate and socialize alignment of Digital Transformation and Innovation recommendations with stakeholders and leaders, oversee the project planning and delivery around multiple tracks of work across several businesses and IT teams and functions. This role will be responsible for communicating with Line of Business and Regional Leaders, Steering Committee members, and program sponsors. Program Manager is primarily responsible for determining program budgets, managing overall pursuits and projects, leading departmental or cross-functional teams to meet required scope, plans are appropriately managed and governed, effective challenge over project delivery, and timely escalation of risks and issues by applying deep expertise in programproject management principles. Essential Duties Main purpose of job (List primary duties that occupy a majority of incumbent time in order of importance.) middot The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving full end-to-end delivery of multi complex multi-phased technology projects and is accountable for the overall project schedule, scope, budget, and quality of deliver. middot Analyzes, integrates, and manages complex programproject plans ensuring they are established to meet required scope, plans are appropriately governed, resource forecasts are achieved, effective challenge over project delivery, weekly status reporting, timely escalation of risks and issues, and appropriate management of dependencies. middot Convey a clear vision of project goals and objectives to the key stakeholders, setting expectations and holding teams accountable to those expectations to reach desired outcomes. middot Drives the development of new or updated procedures and policies gaining cross-functional support for objectives and priorities translating business strategy into actionable business requirements obtaining and distributing resources setting standards and measuring progress guiding performance and developing contingency plans accordingly removing obstacles that impact performance solving highly complex issues and influencing the completion of project tasks by others. middot Manages project execution by overseeing data collection process for project review and evaluation, using data-driven methods to quantify decision making. middot Ability to build strong collaborative, cross-functional relationships communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward adapting to competing demands and new responsibilities providing feedback to others, including upward feedback to leadership influencing, mentoring, and coaching team members fostering open dialogue amongst team members evaluating and responding to the strengths and weaknesses of self and team members and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. middot Must be able to balance stakeholder needs, and effectively negotiates tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget. Balancing needs of multiple stakeholders to gain buy-in. middot Manages and monitors the program financials and performance (e.g. on time, on budget, within scope, up to quality standards) against plan and adjusts as needed. middot Overseas projectprogram activities related to organizational change management (e.g., development and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans) as defined by the project. middot Practices self-leadership and promotes learning in others by soliciting and acting on performance feedback. middot Ownership for the development of all project documentation (i.e. business requirements, MAP documents, closure documents, RFP, meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, etc.). middot Evaluates internal andor external resources and provides feedback on team composition based on the alignment of team member skills and projectprogram demands. middot Works with minimal supervision and assists Jr. PMs in knowledge sharing and to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on their projects. Key Areas middot Schedule Management Manages and understand impacts to project constraints. middot Cost Management Supports the development and management of project budget to account for variances and ensures accuracy. middot Communications Management Facilitate team meetings, creates performance and status reports, meeting minutes, action follow-ups for relevant stakeholders in a timely, accurate and quality manner. middot Risk Issue Management Develops and manages project risk and issue log. Analyzes risks for probability and severity to assess impact on project delivery. Implements procedures to mitigate risk threats. middot Resource Management Develops project organizations and governance structures. Defines roles and responsibilities of team members and manages resource availability and utilization. middot Change Management Support the development strategy and execution of user adoption, communications, implementation, and training plans. middot Implementation and Transition Management ndash Creates and manages transition plans, identifies lessons learned and applies to future projects. middot Responsible for assembling project plans, directing, and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. middot Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans andor resources to meet the needs of customers by applying appropriate project governance. middot Solicit vendor bids, select vendors, negotiate vendor contract, and manage contracts (as needed). middot Create, maintain all SharePoint project folder structures and keeping all project documents current. middot Obtain formal project approvals and acceptance (i.e. pilots, implementation) middot Contribute to the development of project standards and support project team members adhere to standards.
