Aerotek's client is currently hiring Construction Equipment Operators to join their team for long term, full-time positions. Aerotek's client is a reputable site development firm located in Loudoun County and is supporting projects in the DMV area.
Responsibilities:
Operate equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures.
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
Load or unload building materials to be used in construction
Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
Help craft workers with their duties by carrying tools and materials or help set up equipment
Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
Construction, Commercial, Government, General Labor, Power tool, Site Development, Equipment Operator, Carpentry, Concrete
Ability to operate a skid steer and/or mini excavator is required
Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable using handtools
