Wax Specialist Requirements:

• MUST be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Illinos and be willing to learn new techniques

• Able to do all types of body waxing

• Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment

• Ability to work flexible days and hours

• Have reliable transportation

•  LOVE TO WAX!

Job Duties:

• Understand and believe in the benefits of waxing

• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon check in

• Provide all waxing services to all guests, *we do not offer anything underneath boxers for men*

• Memorize and use the scripts and standard responses that pertain to the position

• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with guests

• Promotes the benefits of waxing specific to each guest and recommend frequency

• Confirming all guest’s services, and upselling services in the room before starting service; Must maintain an average 1.44 services per ticket

• Retaining guests through pre-booking

• Educating guests on exclusive product line; Must maintain a $3.00 product/ticket

• Maintains a professional clean appearance of self by following dress code:

• Maintains a clean and stocked wax room

• Cleaning and restocking center and wax bin

• Attend staff meetings and trainings

• Follow protocols, policies and procedures

• Adhering to the Reservation Book managed by the Associate

• Various duties as assigned by Center Management.

• Cosmetologist or Esthetician (Required)

Hours per week:

• Part Time- (3-4) six hour shifts per week (One weekend day is required)

• Full Time- (5) six hour shifts per week (One weekend day is required)
