    The Magnolia Outside Sales Representative focuses their time and attention on generating revenue from both new and existing customers. This position requires an individual that is knowledgeable and experienced in the sales process, energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue in a “Relationship Sales” industry.

    Position Duties and Responsibilities

    • · Becoming a subject matter expert in the full suite of products and services offered by the Company
    • · Helping to develop and execute the Company’s sales strategies and plans
    • · Identifying, qualifying, and securing business relationships and opportunities with current and new customers
    • · Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow accounts
    • · Creating presentations of Magnolia’s products and services to potential clients
    • · Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
    • · Coordinating business generation activities and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns
    • · Meeting or exceeding expectations for sales goals, customer contacts, cold calls, appointments and other metrics
    • · Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
    • · Closing sales and working with client through closing process
    • · Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
    • · Actively updating the Company’s CRM system with the status of opportunities
    • · Assisting in the development of customer sales forecasts and Company inventory requirements

    Position Requirements and Qualifications

    • · Three plus years of experience with lead generation and prospect management in a ‘Relationship Sales’ industry
    • · Knowledge of the comprehensive sales process, with a demonstrated track record of sales success
    • · Knowledge and experience with kitchen and bath products
    • · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to interact comfortably with customers, Company management and colleagues
    • · Persuasive and goal-oriented
    • · Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    • · Self-starter with excellent analytical and time-management skills
    • · Ability to solve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple products
    • · Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with cabinet design software a plus
    • · Bachelor’s degree preferred
