Are you a CNA or HCA-C with a flexible schedule and want a guaranteed paid 40 hours a week even if you don’t work 40 hours? If so, we are the company for you!

We are looking for someone with an active CNA or HCA-C license to join our Float Pool team of caregivers to provide care for clients in their homes or place of residence. We are looking for a CNA or HCA-C with strong caregiver skills and a passion for making sure that a client’s needs are met in timely manner. A float CNA or HCA-C is one who works in various client homes mainly throughout King County and Snohomish County. Each time a Float CNA or HCA-C works, they work with the client where they are needed the most. The Float CNA or HCA-C may end up working with the same client all week, or they may work with a different client every day, depending on the EverHome Healthcare’s staffing needs.

Top Responsibilities:

• Work where you are needed the most to ensure that a client’s care needs are met in timely manner and to support your healthcare team at EverHome Healthcare
• Provide direct and indirect care for clients according to their approved Plan of Care; assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s)
• Rotate being on-call for emergency caregiving shifts
• Be a leader with your co-workers to train them to be successful for shifts you have worked

Requirements:

• Active CNA/HCA-C
• Open availability
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Nurse Delegation preferred (or can be obtained)
• Organized and detail-orientated
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a variety of healthcare settings is preferred
• Demonstrates a commitment to learning with proof of ongoing education or CEUs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
