Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Candidates should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks, such as taking calls from Clients, entering tickets, communicating vital information to either Clients or other staff members, filing, generating reports, assisting Clients, supporting other office staff.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail AT ALL TIMES.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
Prior administrative experience.
Microsoft Office proficient
Calm and professional phone demeanor AT ALL TIMES
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Desire to anticipate needs of upper-level management to aid in smooth days
Desire to be self-led in seeing tasks needing completed and following through
