Job Description DC/ MD / VA
Planning and organization of entire restaurant including operations, P&L management and people.
Leading, staffing, developing, and coaching all team members in your restaurant.
Conflict management and risk management of all team members.
Generate revenue using brand standards in order to hit revenue targets.
Prime cost management.
Delivers results in line with companies standards and goals.
Uphold the companies operational standards to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Conduct quality assurance using all tools and process’.
Build relationships with vendors, community and neighbors.
Ensure curated experience and service for all guests.
Preferred Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
Min 2-3 years work experience in restaurant management is required.
Exceptional communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external guests.
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills is preferred (data base extraction, filters, pivot tables, graphs).
Food Handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
Must have flexible work schedule including evenings and late nights.
Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time and lift 30lbs at a time.
