Serves on FGCC's Senior Management Team. In this position you will provide leadership and coordination of the Club in the following areas:
Strategic and 10-year Financial Planning
Capital Improvement Financing
Accounting and internal control procedures with reporting conforming to generally accepted accounting principles
Cash and Risk Management
Payroll processing using third party
Finance Department, IT Department and Member Records Department
This position supports the General Manager, Board of Directors, Financial Advisory Committee and the Senior Management Team.
We require that you possess a degree in Accounting/Financial Management, be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and possess a minimum of 10 years working knowledge in Accounting and Finance with at least 6 years supervisory experience. Sound knowledge of compliance regulations for organizations working within the not-for-profit sector is required. The candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A successful candidate will also have knowledge of financial systems and extensive experience with HOA and Club software. We currently use Northstar.
