The Financial Traceability Senior Consultant is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering financial management projects that provide exceptional business value to clients. They will be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects that will collect, organize, and analyze budget and financial related data for federal clients ultimately resulting in the delivery of work products that help clients track financial information across systems and accounts.
At a team level, the Financial Traceability Senior Consultant will lead teams or workstream efforts in the development of solutions to help federal clients evaluate the flow of their financial information. They will help put in place the appropriate people, processes and tools to achieve project success. They will train and coach members of the team on financial systems and requirements as needed to optimize the efficiency for product delivery.
