    Responsibilities

    The Financial Traceability Senior Consultant is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering financial management projects that provide exceptional business value to clients. They will be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects that will collect, organize, and analyze budget and financial related data for federal clients ultimately resulting in the delivery of work products that help clients track financial information across systems and accounts.

    At a team level, the Financial Traceability Senior Consultant will lead teams or workstream efforts in the development of solutions to help federal clients evaluate the flow of their financial information. They will help put in place the appropriate people, processes and tools to achieve project success. They will train and coach members of the team on financial systems and requirements as needed to optimize the efficiency for product delivery.


    Qualifications

    Required:

    • US citizens with SECRET level clearance
    • Background with financial systems, the congressional budget process, allotments, obligations, expenditures, and tracking financial information across systems.
    • BA/BS degree in Information Sciences, Economics, Data Science Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience
    • Experience managing projects using either Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
    • Good critical thinking skills, writing skills, and communication skills
    • Experience working within a team

     Desired:

    • Familiarity with Department of State financial systems
    • Familiarity with Tableau, R, RPA, and other analytical techniques

    Clearance: Active Secret


    Additional Requirements
