Aerotek's client is currently hiring for a professional Outside Operations Specialist to join their growing team!
- Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday
- Onsite: Gainesville, VA (SOME REMOTE WORK )
Seeking candidates with:
- 3+ Years Of Professional Experience (Preferred Experience Within Insurance, Claims, Auto/Transportation, Recruitment)
- Experience Supporting Fast-Paced Office Environment
- Ability To Attend To Multiple Tasks And Remain Detail-Oriented
- Strong Analytical And Problem Solving Skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Administrative, MS Office, insurance verification, automotive industry, transportation, customer service
Day to day:
- The Outside Operations Specialist is responsible for recruiting and retaining Independent Contractors and maintaining all documentation as it relates
- Ensure Compliance With DOT And FMCSA Regulations
- Working Directly Field Office Managers, Ad Agencies, Postings And With The Director Of Outside Operations
- Recruit/Onboard Independent Contractors
- Obtain And Upload Completed Independent Contractor Documentation
- Prepare And Assemble Driver Guides Based Upon Customer And Regulatory Requirements
- Provide Training And Ensure Compliance With Field Offices
- Manage Revisions To Independent Contractor Reference Guide
- Follow Up With Independent Contractors Who Terminate Their Contracts
- Track And Upload Accident Documentation And Details In Fleet Mentor
- Monitor Overall Independent Contractor Performance And Address Any Issues Or Concerns
