Jerry's Auto Group is a family-owned business, established in 1973. We continue to grow rapidly and have available positions at our Leesburg Ford Facility for Internet Sales Specialists.

The Internet Sales Specialist’s role is to interact with customers online, over the phone, via text, and in-person to help guide their vehicle selection and purchase.  You will respond to customer Internet leads quickly and thoroughly answering all of their questions.  Provide information via email, text, and phone, transitioning the customer to a world-class in-store experience.  Our Internet Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and high level of energy
• Experience and desire to work with social media technology
• Friendly, competitive personality, and the ability to overcome customer objections by finding solutions
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
