    Warehouse Associate

Must be organized and able to manage the workflow of a busy commercial/design build HVAC company.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Receive packing slips and verify against purchase orders
    • Manage stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods
    • Safely load trucks, vans and trailers per established requirements and safety guidelines
    • Delivery of goods to jobsites (trailer hook up, load tie down & safety regulations, load capacity, maneuvering and towing trailer, etc)
    • Ability to operate all equipment in warehouse (forklift, etc)
    • Maintain correspondence with all necessary parties to expedite projects
    • Tool inventory and control responsibilities
    • Track oil changes and maintenance on vehicles including forklifts
    • Inspect trailers for proper operation, damaged or worn parts (lights, tires, tie downs, etc)
    • Delegate tasks
    • Plan, organize and control warehouse operations
    • Implement cost reduction for purchasing and warehouse transactions
    • Follow and enforce up-to-date federal and state safety regulations

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    • Minimum two years' experience
    • Must be forklift certified
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of colleagues
    • We are looking for a self-motivated individual able to operate with minor supervision
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have a clean motor vehicle record

    Job Type: Full-time

    Wage: $17-$20 DOE

    Required education:

    • High school or equivalent
