They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a short-term contract opportunity. Other responsibilities would include:

• Logging calls
• Handling both internal and external customers
• Directing calls and customers to the appropriate person

Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft office (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, typing)
• Must have a HS diploma or greater
• Good customer service skills
