Full time client service professional needed immediately for a high profile, 14 doctor, AAHA Accredited Animal Hospital in Manhattan. We're looking for a new member of our team with an exceptionally bright and enthusiastic personality! We have a friendly, welcoming staff and fair, honest management. This is an incredibly active position, which involves in depth training related to veterinary medicine in order to provide the ultimate client experience. We need a highly motivated individual ready to hit the ground running!

The applicant should have a core appreciation for customer service, be detail oriented, and have a superb work ethic including punctuality. We're looking for an individual who enjoys working with people! Experience with heavy phones (incoming and outgoing) and proficiency with computers is a must. This position will challenge you to multitask and prioritize while under pressure. Ideal candidate shall have worked in the veterinary industry for at least 3 years and possess knowledge of AVImark client management software, which we operate in a paperless environment. Minimally, we expect 3 years relevant experience or an associate’s degree.
