Job Description
We Have Conditioned Air During Summer Months!!!!!!!!! Work 7 hours 20 minutes get paid for 8 hours (40 minutes of paid breaks)

Full-Time Production Technicians
Hiring for 2nd & 3rd Shifts
- Great Wages – rates include shift differential
Work Hours!
2nd Shift 2:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
3rd Shift 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
Workweek begins with 3rd shift Sunday Night
We are a team committed in satisfying our customer!
Perform production jobs within team. Complete labor reporting. Monitor quality of parts. Serve on task teams. Strive for high degree of safety. Submit suggestions for process improvement and elimination of waste.
Perform production jobs with team. To include:
- Molding – put extrudate into mold; place pellet in proper location
- Assembly – placing retainer with channel, glue on pads
- Trimming – continuously removing excess flash with scissors
- Cutting – cut extrudate for molding to required specifications
- Packing – placing rubber channel into box for shipment
- Inspecting – visual checks of all defects to product per customers standard
- Duties as assigned
