Position
The Civil Investigator/Project Specialist will support the self-performance of various environmental projects including Environmental Compliance, Remediation, Environmental Engineering, Munitions Response, and Environmental Conservation/Planning. The candidate will be part of a Project Delivery Team and will be required to travel to support environmental activities (e.g. field work). This job will involve 35-75% of outdoor fieldwork at sites across the Southeastern and Great Lakes Region of the United States.

Travel Requirements:
Periodic business travel is required and is expected about 35-75% of the year: overnight travel is required. Travel is anticipated to consist of field work at project sites; visits to client, and partner offices across the United States. Position involves 25-35% of outdoor fieldwork at sites across the United States. Fieldwork may require candidate to walk over uneven terrain up to 8 hours a day and carry heavy equipment. Candidates are subject to “fit for duty” baseline physical and subject to medical monitoring protocols.
LOCATION:
Part-time position at DAWSON offices, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, or Virginia.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Prior to final offer of employment, the selected candidate will be required to submit to a background screening, a pre-hire drug test, and a “fit for duty” baseline physical. Positions require U.S. Citizenship.
