Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)
Full time -- 40 hours/week
Seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our Information Technology business operations.
This is an ideal position for a highly motivated individual who possesses strong recruiting experience combined with the desire and energy to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth environment.
Office work hours 8-5:30pm (M-F)
Build relationships and collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and best practices for talent acquisition strategies
Manage and facilitate full life cycle recruitment, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Proactively partner and collaborate with the broader recruiting team to continuously improve processes
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research social media, etc
Source and conduct initial screens
Stay current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Exhibit a strong customer service mindset and ability to execute
Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Ensure compliance with policies and practices, and applicable state and federal law
Correctly document and disposition candidates in applicant tracking system (iCIMS) on a timely basis
Thorough knowledge of corporate recruitment processes and recruitment strategies
