HI Assistance Program is growing rapidly and is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative in Houston to represent our various products and services. This person will have the support of our talented inside sales team and training manager.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience with a proven track record of success, be driven, ethical, rejection proof and able to work independently. We will provide training and support needed to thrive in this industry.

You'll be able to earn great pay while working in a friendly work environment!

Appointments will be provided by HI Assistance Program

Average Earnings : $7k to $10K per Month. NO CAP!

Primary Job Function: The HI Assistance Program Sales Associate primary function will be to achieve as many outbound-sales as possible while retaining a constant need for improvement and growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED.
• One or more years of proven success in sales.
• Strong sales, follow-up, closing, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A mind that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives.
• Team player with excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work under supervision.
• Competence to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• In-home sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
