Our Management Development Program (MDP) is designed to develop recent graduates into Alarm.com's future business and technology leaders. MDP Associates will have a broad range of responsibilities that will help build their experience base and abilities. MDP Associates are exposed to several areas of the business throughout the program and will report into different departments and managers. The program lasts 2-3 years, at which time the MDP Associate will transition to a permanent position that best aligns with his or her interests and abilities. MDP Associates are encouraged to assume significant responsibility early on and work closely with Alarm.com senior management on strategic projects.
