Aaron’s Sales & Lease, an independently owned and operated franchise, is a national Household Furnishings retail organization.  We lease (rent-to-own) and also sell furniture, appliances, electronics and computers.  We currently operate 8 stores across Central Illinois in Springfield (two stores), Decatur, Champaign, Rantoul, Bloomington, Danville and Jacksonville.  Our company is different about valuing our customers and most importantly our employees. 

We are currently looking for a full time or part time BI-LINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) SALES ASSOCIATE / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP for our store.

• The individual(s) must be friendly with customers, reliable, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER with good communication skills.
• We will train the right individual.
• We provide friendly, relaxed environment with 5-day work week and NO SUNDAYS.
