Education:
-- Registered nurse (RN) who is currently licensed in Missouri
-- Possess a Baccalaureate degree
-- Licensed practical nurse (LPN) who is currently licensed in Missouri with at least one (1) year of
experience with the direct care to the elderly, disabled or infirm;
-- Minimum two (2) years' experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled or infirmed.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum one (2) year experience with the direct care to the elderly, disabled or infirm required
- Minimum one (1) year experience acting in an administrative capacity preferred
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Experience in care management, care coordination, discharge planning, etc. is preferred
- Must be minimum 21 years of age per state guidelines
- Reliable transportation
- driver's license
