At Wegmans our mission is to provide incredible service and help our customers live healthier, better lives through food.  As a Cooking Coach, you will be on our sales floor demonstrating personalized meal solutions for our customers and helping them build confidence in the kitchen through a focus on cooking techniques.  You will share knowledge and food passion and suggest new ideas for meal preparation, creating interest and enthusiasm for our products.  If you have a passion for delivering incredible customer service, and are a cooking enthusiast, this could be the role for you!

What will I do?

• Build loyal and trusting customer relations, seeking feedback to personalize and improve the shopping experience
• Partner with the team to highlight, merchandise and sell new and unique products to best help and inspire customers
• Share personal experience and teach customers how to replicate a variety of cooking techniques for success at home
• Train and certify other employees on cooking techniques
