Drive operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects. Youwill lead a high performing Channel Team in the Western US. You will manageregional specific business plans and strategies that align with corporateinitiatives for teams to ensure profitable growth. You will manage and maintaincontacts with major partners within region. You will assist your ChannelManagers in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plansfor major partners
Help Identify Channel opportunities to fulfill the corporatestrategy and meet changing market conditions. Lead team efforts to solve complex problems for the channel salesrepresentatives. Drive the Honeywellbrand and offering to be the Channel Preference in the market.
Valid Drivers' License
Ability to Travel (when able) at least 50% of the time
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of Technology Channel sales experience
WE VALUESales Management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An understanding of business drivers
An ability to manage complex situations
Excellent organization & project management skills
