Twin City Title Company is a full-service title insurance, real estate and mortgage closing company servicing the entire Twin Cities metro area. We are locally owned and maintain a small family friendly office atmosphere dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers. Our office is located in Ramsey, MN.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities: Daily escrow accounting related to closings and recordings.
Recording of closing documents.
Follow up, as needed, to obtain releases of mortgages.
Order entry as needed.
Answer phones as needed.
Contribute to team effort and assist staff to ensure efficient operation of office.
Regular consistent attendance is required.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
Working knowledge of real estate transactions.
Basic accounting concepts.
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects and be highly attentive to details.
Ability to work effectively in stressful situations.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, and in person.
Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Prior experience in real estate and or title insurance preferred.
